Payment and cancellation terms
A booking is only binding for us if a written confirmation is available on both sides and a deposit (within 2 weeks) has been made. If the deposit is not paid on time, the booking is not binding for us and we will rent the room or apartment to someone else. You will be informed about the amount of the deposit to be paid at the time of booking. Deposits will not be refunded in case of cancellation, but without exception, you will receive a voucher which you can use yourself during your next stay or give to a third party - a refund of the deposit is not possible. Of course, we will only issue the voucher in case of a cancellation within the time limit, otherwise the cancellation conditions mentioned below apply.
Cancellation sounds annoying for everyone involved. Our request to you: please inform us in time. It is a pity if someone does not come and rooms remain free, although others would have liked to book. Please inform us as soon as possible if you do not arrive, so that we can possibly sublet the room. In this case, there will be no cancellation fee for you. Please understand that we will have to charge you for any damage we incur if you notify us too late or do not notify us at all and the room remains empty.
If no other agreement has been made, in case of cancellation the booked arrangement will be invoiced according to article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code as follows
1 month to 14 days before the start of the vacation 60% of the total room or apartment price will be charged
14 days to 7 days 70% of the total price
From 7 days before arrival, in case of non-arrival or early departure, we charge 100% of the total price.
