Despite being only a small boutique hotel, we are very much aware of our impact on nature and the environment. That's why we try to work as sustainably as possible.

FARM TO TABLE

Our roots lie in the former “Wiesenhof” farm. That's why we still try to grow as much as possible ourselves or source it from selected regional farms. We hereby support regional farmers, keep production and supply chains as short as possible and guarantee the best quality.
