The data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Processing of pre-contractual and contractual measures regarding the stay (booking, inquiry, stay, departure, etc.)

  • Storing data to facilitate future bookings and enquiries

RIGHTS OF THE SUBJECT

Right to information: According to Art. 15 GDPR, you are entitled to receive information about which personal data is being processed, where it comes from, what data it is, whether it will be passed on and to whom, and what will be done with the data.

Right to rectification and deletion: In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you can request the correction or completion of personal data at any time. You also have the right to deletion within the meaning of Art. 17 GDPR. Especially with data that has been published, you also have the “right to be forgotten”, i.e. the necessary steps will be taken to delete all links, copies, replications or similar.

Right to object: You can exercise your right to object at any time in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR and change or completely revoke the declaration of consent with effect for the future.

Right to restriction (or blocking): You can also request the restriction of the processing of personal data within the meaning of Art. 18 GDPR. The data collected may then only be processed with individual consent or the processing must then be specifically restricted.

Right to data portability: According to Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data provided in a structured, common, machine-readable format and to request the transfer of your personal data to another person responsible.

There is also a right to lodge a complaint with the state supervisory authority in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
