Prices

All prices shown on the website include VAT. Please note that the local tax came into force on January 1st, 2014 and is NOT included in the prices shown. The local tax must be paid directly at the company on site.

You are not permitted to distribute, use subpages of, extract, republish, upload and/or reproduce any content or information available on our website for commercial or competitive purposes.

Payment methods

You can pay your bill in cash, with an EC card or with a credit card (no American Express or Diners Club).

Cancellation by the guest

You do not have the right to withdraw within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code, but we do grant you the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations earlier than 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees

• Cancellation from 30 days to 14 days before arrival: 30% of the agreed total price

• Cancellation from 14 days before arrival to 3 days before arrival: 60% of the agreed total price

• Cancellation from 3 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed total price

• In the event of early departure, late arrival or non-arrival: 100% of the agreed total price

Disclaimer

The accommodation provider is solely liable for direct damages incurred by the guest due to the accommodation provider's failure to fulfill its obligations in relation to its own activities. In any case, the accommodation provider is liable up to a maximum of the total price of the booking to which the liability claim relates.

Miscellaneous

These general terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. For all disputes arising from or in connection with these general terms and conditions and our service, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Bolzano (Italy). If one of the provisions of this contract is or becomes ineffective, all other provisions applicable to the contractual partners remain unaffected.
